Economy Delivery Option (Sea Shipping)
Economy (Sea Shipping) delivery is an additional delivery option for local orders from West Malaysia to Sabah & Sarawak for order with parcel weight of >2kg to <200kg at a shipping fee as low as RM9.00.
1. Add your desired items to the shopping cart.
2. Proceed to the checkout page.
3. When prompted, select 'Shipping Options' or a similar section.
4. Look for and choose 'Economy (Sea Shipping)' from the list of available shipping methods.
Priority Delivery
Priority Delivery is a delivery service option where your orders will be prioritized for delivery and you will receive your parcel (s) faster compared to the Standard Delivery option.
You can expect to receive your parcels within 2 working days from the time your orders are placed successfully.
Orders placed on a weekday before 8pm, depending on the seller (i.e. Colourink, Preferred) the parcels will either be delivered on the following working day (next day delivery) or the day after.
Orders placed on a weekday after 8pm, the parcels will be delivered within 2 working days.
For orders placed on holidays, campaigns or over the weekend, delivery date will be extended.
What is On-time Delivery Guarantee?
For qualifying products on the our website, we promise that your parcel will be delivered on or before the guaranteed delivery date displayed (“Guaranteed Delivery Date”) when you complete your order (“On-time Delivery Guarantee”). The On-time Delivery Guarantee is only applicable to the timelines or date shown in the delivery detail page and once such order is placed by the Buyer and confirmed by the Seller.
You may check for and redeem compensation on the delivery detail page after the late delivery.
Duplicate claims are not permitted for late delivery under any other programs from Colourink, including but not limited to the following:
a) Guarantees: For eligible our Products purchased from participating Colourink Sellers, the terms and conditions of the Guarantees shall prevail in the event of late delivery; and
b) Priority Delivery: For eligible products purchased from participating Sellers under the Priority Delivery program, the terms and conditions of the Priority Delivery Program shall prevail in the event of late delivery.
There is a limit of five (5) claims per month per buyer account for all late delivery related claims on the Platform, regardless of the relevant guarantee or compensation program the claim is made under.

In certain circumstances, the Guaranteed Delivery Date may change after order placement. The On-time Delivery Guarantee does not apply to your order and you agree to waive your right to any compensation if any of the following takes place:
a) delivery address for the order is incorrect or incomplete;
b) you refuse to accept, or fail to make payment for, the product or any part of the order, for any reason whatsoever;
c) you fail to make payment for the product before the date and time set out in the order details page, where the customer can access information relating to his/her confirmed orders;
d) you request any amendments to the time of delivery, delivery address or mode of delivery after an order has been made;
e) you fail to adhere to any of the delivery instructions issued by Colourink or our agents, including where you or your representative are not present to receive the product when Colourink, or Colourink sales person attempts delivery, or any of the instructions you issue to Colourink or our staff for delivery cannot be reasonably fulfilled;
f) delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons due to, directly or indirectly, an event or failure which is beyond Colourink reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, rebellion, revolution, contamination, pollution, acts or threats of terrorism, or riots; or
g) delivery of the order cannot be made to the delivery address you specify in the Order Detail Page and the Checkout Page for any other reason.
This On-time Delivery Guarantee does not apply to:
(a) parcels which are Delivered by Seller (such orders are indicated as “Delivered by Seller” on delivery detail page);
(b) all digital goods/ goods sold by digital goods sellers;
(c) all buyer-arranged couriers/ deliveries, if applicable;
(d) all Choice products;
(e) all Colourink products, except those fulfilled by Global Fast Shipping; and
(f) any other excluded products as may be communicated by Colourink.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Platform Terms of Use, to the extent permitted under applicable law, your sole and exclusive remedy under the Marketplace Delivery Guarantee is limited to such compensation as set out in this policy.
Colourink, may in its reasonable discretion, exclude certain buyer accounts from this program and/or cancel or reject to make any compensation, including without limitation, where it deems that any transaction may be fraudulent or the claim is not made in good faith.
