Return & Refund Policy
1. 15 DAYS RETURN TO SELLER/EASY RETURN
A return to seller policy is when Sellers will either approve or reject a Return Request based on a valid return reason and additional feedback given by customer when initiating a Return Request.
As part of this process, you or the seller may initiate a chat for discussion on the Return Request prior to the Seller’s approval/rejection – you may dispute this decision if you do not agree with this decision.
The return validity (15 days, 4 days only without extension) varies depending on the item. You can check your item’s Return Policy and validity in the Service section within the product page. The return validity period starts from the delivered date.
2. COLOURINK 30 DAYS* RETURN / CHOICE 30 DAYS RETURN
*From 1 February 2024 onwards, Colourink return period will be changed from 15 days to 30 days.
All colourink items come with 30 Days* Return (return validity period starts from the delivered date). Some Global Hits items will also come with this 30 Days Return.

Refund Types
Colourink will process your refund according to the following refund types:
1. Refunds from cancelled orders - Refund is automatically triggered once cancelation is successfully processed.
2. Refunds from returns - Once your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed (successful), the refund is processed for the returned item. To learn how to return an item, read our Return Policy.
3. Refunds from failed deliveries - Refund process starts when the item has reached the seller. Please take note that this may take more time depending on the area of your shipping address.
